Studio Policies
All private and semi-private sessions have a 24hour cancellation policy. This means that you will be charged for a full session if less than 24hours notice is given. We will allow one cancellation per month with 24hours notice for a planned absence. Any long-term absence (vacation) will need more than 30 days notice and may result in loss of your time slot. This policy is in place because your time slot is reserved for you and cannot be filled temporarily.
